Booking & Payments
A full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
If we are able to re-let the dates, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Check-out: by [11am]
Details for access will be provided prior to arrival.
Guests
Maximum of 2 guests. No additional guests without prior agreement.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs. Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and for any damage caused. Dogs should not be left unattended in or around the property.
Damages & Breakages
Guests use the property and surrounding land at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

No smoking or vaping inside the property
No parties or events

Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
